Notification of the CRCS AGM 2022

Dear all,

This is a formal notification of the CRCS AGM 2022 to be held on Thursday 3rd November, 8pm at the control tower, Aston Down.

Please note the following:

  1. Anyone wishing to stand for election for the CRCS Committee must do so by email to Mario Malecki no later than 20th October 2022.
  2. Anyone wishing to add any items to AOB must do so by email to Mario Malecki no later than 20th October 20223.

I will publish an agenda for the AGM and the club accounts for 2022 one week before the meeting.

Please make every effort to attend the AGM as it is the single most important event we hold each year.  One of the agenda items will be a vote to ratify the Constitution and Airfield & Safety Rules, therefore it is important that as many members as possible approve these to ensure we continue to operate effectively, safely and legally as a club.

We will not be recording ‘apologies’ so there is no need to send them if you are unable to attend.

I really hope as many as possible can attend the meeting and we are looking forward to seeing you there.
